First convert each number in rational

0.2 bar = 2/9

0.3 bar = 3/9

0.4 bar = 4/9

0.9 bar = 1

0.39 bar = 39 /99

Required sum is in the attachment......

Given 0.2(bar) + 0.3(bar) + 0.4(bar) + 0.9(bar) + 0.39(bar).

0.2 + 0.3 + 0.4 + 0.9 + 0.39 = 2.19.

Let x = 2.19   ------------ (1)

Multiply both sides by 10, we get

10x = 21.9  ---------- (2)

On solving (2) & (1), we get

10x - x = 19.7

9x = 19.7

x = 19.7/9

x = 2.18.

I am not sure about it. If its wrong, report it.
