Given, pqx = (3p + q)² - (3p - q)²

Expand using identity, a² - b² = (a+b) (a-b)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

pqx = (3p + q)² - (3p - q)²

pqx = (3p + q + 3p - q) (3p + q - 3p + q)

pqx = (6p) (2q)

pqx = 12pq

x = 12

Hence value of x = 12

Your answer !!

_____________________________________

pqx = {(3p + q)}^{2} - {(3p - q) }^{2} \\ \\ pqx = ( 3p + q + 3p - q ) ( 3p + q - 3p + q ) \\ \\ pqx = ( 6p ) ( 2q ) \\ \\ pqx = 12pq \\ \\ x = 12
