\frac{x}{3} - \frac{2x}{5} + \frac{4}{3} = \frac{x+2}{5}

\frac{x+4}{3} - \frac{2x}{5} = \frac{x+2}{5}

\frac{5x+20-6x}{15} = \frac{x+2}{5}

\frac{20-x}{15} = \frac{x+2}{5}

\frac{20-x}{15} = \frac{3x+6}{15}

20 -x = 3x + 6

4x = 14

x = \frac{14}{4} = 3.50
