Step-by-step explanation:

i) 3/2 > 5/4

ii) -6/8 < - 2/5

C) SOLVE THE FOLLOWING :

i) Determine the angles of the given triangle PQR

where P = 3y, Q=2y , R=5y

Sum of all angles of a triangle is 180

3y+2y+5y=180

10y=180

y=18

Angle P=3y=3*18=54

Angle Q=2y=2*18=36

Angle R=5y=5*18=90

ii) In an equilateral triangle, find the measure of the three angles?

Ans. In an equilateral triangle, measure of all the three angles is 60 degree

D) FILL IN THE BLANKS :

i) In a triangle equal sides have equal opposite angles.

ii) If a triangle has two equal angles, then it is called Isosceles triangle

iii) In an isosceles triangle, if one angle is 100°. Then the other two equal angles measurement will be 40 degree

iv) Medians of a triangle meet at a point. This point is called centriod

v) Median of a triangle is the segment that joins the vertex to the midpoint of the opposite side.
