Step-by-step explanation:

2x^2 - 7x + 3

Here, a = 2 , b = -7, c = 3

solution of the equation are ={ - b + /-✓( b^2 - 4ac )}/2a]= [ - (-7) +/- ✓ {(-7)^2 - 4×2×3}/2×2 ]

= [{7 +/- ✓(49 - 24}}/4]

= [( 7 +/- ✓25)/4]

= [ (7 +/- 5)/4]

= 12/4 or 2/4]

= 3 or 1/2
