if u wanted factorising... Then, Here u go:-

6x^2-x-2

=6x^2+3x-4x-2

=3x(2x+1)-2(2x+1)

=(2x+1)(3x-2)

If you want values of x here u go:-

x=-1/2 , x=2/3
