100 {x}^{2}  - 20x + 1 = 0 \\ 100 {x}^{2}  - (10 + 10)x + 1 = 0 \\ 100 {x}^{2}  - 10x - 10x + 1 = 0 \\ 10x(10x - 1) - 1(10x - 1) = 0 \\ (10x - 1)(10x - 1)

your answer........¿

100 = 10 × 10 = 20 splitting by middle term

100x²-10x-10x+1

100x(x-1/10)-10(x-1/10)

100x-10 = 0 ( or ) x-1/10 = 0

100x= 10 ( or ) x = + 1 / 10

x = 10 / 100

x = 1 / 10

you can make this type also.....

100x²-10x-10x+1

which table did 100 and 10 cancel ....10...take 10 as the common...

100x^2 - 20x + 1 = 0

100x^2 - 10x -10x + 1 = 0

10x (10x - 1) - 1(10x - 1 ) = 0

10x - 1 = 0 | 10x - 1 = 0

x = 1/10 , x = 1/10

you can make this 2 methods...

but you have to do 2nd method
