6x^2 + 9x + 2x +3 =0
3x( 2x +3 ) +1( 2x+3) =0
(3x+1)(2x+3) =0
x= -1/3,-3/2
3x( 2x +3 ) +1( 2x+3) =0
(3x+1)(2x+3) =0
x= -1/3,-3/2
