5 {m}^{2}  + 5m - 1 = 0 \\ m =   \frac{ - 5 +  -  \sqrt{ {5}^{2} - 4 \times 5 \times ( - 1)}  }{2 \times 5}  \\  =  \frac{ - 5 +  -  \sqrt{25 + 20} }{10}  =  \frac{ - 5 +  -  \sqrt{45} }{10}  \\  =  \frac{ - 5 +  - 3 \sqrt{5} }{10}
