☆ The money savitri put = ₹70

☆ Ratio = 30:70 = 3:7

☆ The amts each of them get be 3x and 70x

☆ 3x + 7x = 18000
10x = 18000
x = 18000/10 = 1800

☆ 3x = 3×180 = ₹5400

☆ 7x = 7×180 = ₹12600

☆ Jaya will get ₹5400 and Savitri ₹12600

2. ☆ The ratio of Butter : Flour : Sugar
= 160g : 200g : 120g
= 4 : 5 : 3

☆ a) Flour to butter = 5:4

x = 3125/62.50 = ₹50

☆ So, the value of Foreign currency = 1x = 1×50 = 50

5. ☆ The ratio of girls to boys = 7 : 8

☆ 8x = 640
x = 640/8 = 80

☆ No.of girls = 7x = 7×80 = 560
