let radius of the sphere be r cm

in right Δosp by pythogoras theorem

l²= 8²+15²

⇒ l = sqrt of 64+225= 17 cm = 8/17      .....1

hence sin Ф = pm/tp = r/ tp⇒ 8/17 ⇒ r /15-r 120 - 8r = 17r ⇒120 = 25r

r = 120/25 ⇒4.8r

vol of sphere = 4/3 πr³ = 4/3 π (4.8³)cm³ = 147.45πcm³

vol of water = vol of cone  =  320 π cm³

vol of water flows out = vol of sphere = 147.45π/320π = 0.46
