Hey!!

Here is your answer,,

 \sqrt{p} + \sqrt{q} = 16 .......(1)\\ \sqrt{p} - \sqrt{q} = 8 .........(2)\\ \\ \\ by \: adding \: both \: eq \: we \: get \\ \\ 2 \sqrt{p} = 24 \\ \\ \sqrt{p} = \frac{24}{2} \\ \\ \sqrt{p} = 12 \\ \\ p = {(12)}^{2} \\ \\ p = 144 \\ \\ \\ put \: value \: of \: (p) \: in \: eq.(1) \\ \\ \sqrt{144} + \sqrt{q} = 16 \\ \\ 12 + \sqrt{q} = 16 \\ \\ \sqrt{q} = 16 - 12 \\ \\ \sqrt{q} = 4 \\ \\ q = {(2)}^{2} \\ \\ q = 4 \\ \\ \\ \frac{p}{q} = \frac{144}{4} \\ \\ = 36 \\ \\ \\ \\ hope \: it \: helps \\ \\ \\ thanks
