subtract 2from 1,
a+25d-a-10d =0-3
15d= -3
d= -3/15 = -1/5
put the value of d in eq. 1st
a=25÷(1/5)
a=5
also I = -1/5
a+(n-1)d=-1/5
5+(n-1)(-1/5)=-1/5
5-1n/5+1/5 =-1/5
31/5+1/5=1n/5
32/5=1n/5
32/5*5=n
n=32
