Solution:

Given equations are

2 x - y + 3=0        ------- (1)

3x  - 7y + 10=0        ------- (2)

By multiplying equation $(1) \times 3$and (2) \times 2

3 (2x - y + 3) =0

6x - 3y + 9=0 ----- (3)

2(3x - 7y + 10) =0

6x-14y+20=0 ----- (4)

Solve the equation (3) and (4)

6x-3y+9=6x-14y+20

6x-3y+9-6x+14y-20=0

11y-11=0

11y=11

$y =\frac {11}{11}=1$

y =1

Substitute the y value in equation (1)

2x-1+3=0

2x=-2

$x=\frac {-2}{2}=-1$

The values are x=-1 and y=1"
