since area of field = l*b
l = (2x+y)
b = (2x-y)

area = (2x+y) (2x-y)
(2x)² - y² = 4x²- y²

ans = 4x² - y²
hope you got that

Area of a rectangular field=length×breadth. (2x+y)(2x-y)=2x×2x+2x×y-2x×y-y×y =4x^2-y^2
