GIVEN - radius =7 cm
w.k.t.
DISTANCE=2πr (in circle)
hence,
distance= 2×22/7×7
- distance=44 cm
DISPLACEMENT=0
DISPLACEMENT is zero because, in one rotation second hand completes one rotation it means it's
closed path. therefore displacement of closed path is always zero .
now SPEED = distance/time
w.k.t. distance is 44cm = 0.4mtr
and
time is 60 sec. now speed is
SPEED = 0.4/60 = 0.0066m/s.
