Take LCM on the LHS,
( 3x+2y)/xy = 9/xy
Cancel xy on both sides you get, 3x+2y=9
Similarly take lcm for the second equation,
(4y+9x)/xy =21/xy
Cancel xy you get, 4y +9x=21
After this you can solve normally using substitution, elecmination or cross multiplication method
