Let the length of the diagonal be x cm.
Since, area of a quadrilateral is equal to sum of area of both triangles which are on the same diagonal as base .

From, the question we have
1/2×x×15 + 1/2×x×15 = 300
1/2 ×15 (2x) =300
x =20.
Hence, length of diagonal =20 cm
