Father'sage is 45 yrs

Soln: one son age be= x yrs

Second son age be = y yrs

Father's present age=3(x+y) yrs

After 5 yrs:

First son age= x+5 yrs

Second son age= y+5 yrs

Father's age =2(x+5 + y+5)

But at the same time father'sage will also be= (present age + 5 yrs )i.e. (3(x+y) + 5) yrs

3(x+y) + 5 = 2(x+5 + y+5)

3(x+y) -2(x+y)= 15

(x+y) = 15

Now father's present age= 3(x+y)=3×15= 45 yrs

let the sons ages be x and y . the father age is 3(x+y). after 5 years. the sons will x+5 and y +5. and father will 3(x+y)+5. a/c 2(x+5+y+5)=3x+3y+5 . 2x+2y+20=3x+3y+5. x+y=15 . therefore the age of father is 45. THANKYOU
