Law of constant Comppsition:

A given chemical compound always contains it's component elements in fixed ratio (by mass) and does not depend on its source and method of preparation.

Here,
For Sample 1 and Sample 2:
Weight of Carbon in S1 : 0.2002g
Weight of Oxygen in S1: 0.5333g
Ration of C/O = 0.2002/0.5333=0.375

Weight of Carbon in S2 : 0.1682g
Weight of Oxygen in S2 : 0.4480g
Ratio of C/O : 0. 1682 / 0.4480 = 0.375

Since, Ration C/O is same in both samples as 0.375 .
Hence, Illustration of Law of Constant Proportion is verified.

Now, It's your duty to do similar process for Sample 3 and Sample 4 for verification of law of constant proportion.

Law of Multiple Proportion :
When Two elements combine with each other to form more than one compound, the weights of one element that combine with a fixed weight of the other are in a ratio of small whol^ numbers.

For Verification of Law of Multiple Proportion see Pic.

I had done for Sample 1 and Sample 3 in pic.
Now, It's your duty to do similar process for like Sample 2 and Sample 4 .
