So, squaring both side

23+x_/10=18+5+2*_/(18*5
23+x_/10=23+2*3_/10
so, x=6

Given:-
√(23+x√10)=√18+√5
Squaring both sides
=> 23+x√10 = (√18+√5)^2
Since (a+b)^2=a^2+b^2+2ab
=> 23+x√10=√18^2 +√5^2 +2*√18*√5
=>23+x√10=18+5+2√90
=>23+x√10=23+2√9*10
=>23+x√10=23+6√10
Subtracting 23 from both sides
=>x√10=6√10
Dividing both sides by √10 gives
x=6
Hence,x=6
