Answer:
4x+5y=9
Suppose x=2
4(2)+5y=9
8+5y=9
5y=9-8
5y=1
Y=1/5
So y=1/5
Put the value of y in equation
4x+5(1/5)=9
In cross multiplication 5is cancel with 5 and wo have only 1 like:
4x+1=9
4x=9-1
x=8/4
x=4
4x-2y=2
Let suppose x=4
4(4)-2y=2
8-2y=2
2y=2+8
2y=10
y=10/2=5
Put the value of y in equation
4x-2(5)=2
4x-10=2
4x=2+10
4x=12
x=12/4=3
