Step-by-step explanation:
6x+5y=20
6x=20-5y
x= 20-5y/6
------------------
5x+2y=21
5 (20-5y/6)+2y=21
100-25y/6+2y=21
100-25y+12y/6=21
100-13y=126
100-126=13y
-26/13=y
y= -2
--------
x=20-5y/6
20-5 (-2)/6
20+10/6
30/6
x = 5

X = 5 and y = -2
solution:-
6x + 5y = 20.....i)
5x + 2y = 21......ii)
Multiplying equation i) by 2 and ii) by 5
12x + 10y = 40.....iii)
25x + 10y = 105.....iv)
subtracting equation iv) in iii)
12x + 10y = 40
-
25x + 10y = 105
-13 x. = -65
X = 2
X = 2 ✅
puting value of x = 2 in equation ii)
5x + 2y = 21
25 + 2y = 21
2y = 21-25
2y = -4
y = -2
Y = -2 ✅
