3x+7y=-21________×4

6x+4y=3_________×7

12x+28y=-84

42x+28y=21

-30x+0=-105

-30x = -105

X = -105/-30

X= 105/30

X =3.5

therefore

6×(3.5)+4y=3

21+4y=3

4y=3-21

4y= -18

y= -18/4

y= -3
