M. \: Will \: Be \: Equal \:  \\ Hence , \:  \:  \frac{1 - 3}{x}  =  - 3 \\  \\   \frac{ - 2}{x}  =  - 3 \\  \\ Now \: Do \: Cross \: Multiplication \\  \\  - 3x =  - 2 \\  \\ x =  \frac{ - 2}{ - 3}  =  \frac{2}{3}  \:  \: ANSWER

Hence the value of X =2/3
