Solve the unseen passage ÷

One evening, two old man went for a walk . One of them carried an umbrella, the other did not suddenly it started raining . "open your umbrella quick !" said the man without an umbrella . "it won't help ." Answered the other man . what do you mean ? "it won't help". it will save us from the rain. "it is no use , the umbrella is full of holes as a sieve." "then why did you bring it ?" i did not think it would rain .


Answer the following questions÷
(1) what did one of old men carry?
(2) why did the old man without an umbrella tell him to open the umbrella?
(3) what was the condition of the umbrella?

2 - because he was not carrying an umbrella.
