Q-1)total number participation= 140+70+105+35

=>350

percentage of participations from school A= 140/350×100

=40%

percentage of participation from school B= 70/350×100

=20%

percentage of participation from school C= 105/350×100

=30%

percentage of participation from school D = 35/350×100

=10%

Q-2) amount of 53% votes

= 53/100×9600

=53×96

=5088

winner gets 53% of total vote , it means loser gets = 47% votes .

Now he said that winner won by 9600 votes .

it means (53% - 47%) = 6%
