multiply equation (3)by 2 we get,

32m+48n=12--------(5)

36m+48n=13--------(4)

subtracting 4 from 5 we get,

-4m=1

m=1\-4

this value you can substitute in equation (4) you will get the answer thks

hope it helps

16m + 24n = 6 ----------1

36m + 48n = 13 ---------2

Multiply eq. 1 by 2

32m + 48n = 12 --------3

Subtract Eq. 2 by 3

36m + 48n = 13

32m + 48n = 12

4m = 1

m = 1 upon 4

Substituiting m = 1 upon 4 in eq. 1

16{1 upon 4} + 24n = 6

24n = 6 - 4

24n = 2

n = 2÷24

n = 1 upon 12.

Therefore, the value of m and n is 1 upon 4 and 1 upon 12 respectively.
