9) Convert 1cm² to m² then use the formula F = P×A (Remember, 1cm² = 0.0001 m²)
10) Area of the base = 15cm×20cm= 300 cm²=0.03 m² Force exerted by the container downwards on the table top = Weight of the container = 60 N.
Now Pressure (P) = F/A = 60/0.03 = 2000 Pa
11) P = F/A = 100kgf/0.5m² = 200 kgf/m²
12) Pressure exerted on the platform (downwards) = F (Downward force)/A = W/A = 600/0.000125 = 4800000 Pa = 4.8×10^6 Pa [60kgf = 60×10 =600N]
