          3^x-1=3^2
          x=3
      if  4^y+2=64
          4^y+2=4^3
           y=1

R.H.S. = 2^(4x)

Equating,
2^8 = 2^(4x)

Remove the same base,

8=4x

x=2

3. 3^(x-1) = 3²

Remove base,

x-1=2
x=3

4^(y+2)=4³

remove the base

y+2=3

y=1

x/y = 3/1 = 3
