Hey friend
here is your answer
pressure at 1st floor = pressure at given floor + hdg

1.
pressure at ground floor = 150000 pa
pressure at fourth floor = 30000 pa
g = 10 ms^-2
d = 1000 kgm^-3

so,
150000 = 30000 + 10 \times 1000 \times h \\ 120000 = 10000 \times g \\ 12 = height

height = 12 metres

2.
pressure at ground floor =160000pa
height= 15m
density of water = 1000kg/m^3
g =10 m/sec^2

so,
160000=pressure at fifth floor + 10 × 1000 × 15
10000 = pressure at fifth floor

therefore, pressure at fifth floor will be 10000pa

glad to help you
hope it helps
thank you.
