x-1 is a factor
ie:- x-1=0
x=1
Since , x-1 is a factor
p(1) =0
therefore, p(x)= 2x^2 + kx + √2
p(1)= 2×1^2 + k×1 + √2 =0
2 + k + √2 = 0
k + √2 = -2
k = -2 - √2
Therefore K = -(2+√2)
ie:- x-1=0
x=1
