Here, in 1st question remainder is 190 where as in second it is 23.
In second question you may ask why I added - 0x^3 but it doesn't affect solution at all. Since any thing multiplied by 0 is 0 only.
Moreover, while long division method keep changing the sign for "-" sign before bracket.
