Putting the value of 1/3x+2y=u

and 1/3x-y=v

then,,

u+v=3/4☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺

u/2 - v/2=-1/8

by elimination method,,

we get,

u+v=3/8

u/2-v/2=-1/8

___________

u=3/8 - 1/8

u=2/8=1/4

u=1/4

put the value of u in another equation,

u+v=3/4

1/4+v=3/4

v=3/4-1/4

v=1/2

v=1/2

put the value of u and v

1 /3x+y=1/4

3x+y=4 ------ (4)

1/3x-4=1/2

3x-y=2 ------( 5)

by elimination method to solving 4 and 5

3x+y=4

3x-y=2

_______

2y=2

y=2/2

y=1

put the value of y in another equation,,

3x+y=4

3x+1=4

3x=3

x=3/3

x=1

hope it helps u..
