solve this 120=n+10n^2

Hi mate

Here is ur answer

120 = n + 10n^2

10n^2 + n -120 =0

Quardratic formula :

n = -b (+ or -)√ b^2 - 4ac /2a

D = b^2 - 4ac

= 1 - 4(10)(-120)

=1-40(-120)

=1+4800

=4801

so,

n= -1 (+or -) √4801 /2 (10)

= -1 (+ or -) √ 4801 / 20

n = -1 + √4801 / 20

n = -1 - √4801 / 20
