for a rod its center of mass is mid point of this rod.

So the CM of vertical rod will be (0,a/2)

the CM of horizontal rod will be (a/2,0)

the CM of inclined  rod will be (a/2,a/2)

so the center of mass of the system will be at x=(0+0.5a+0.5a)/m+m+m =3a 

and y=(0.5a+0+0.5a)/m+m+m =a/3

or at (a/3,a/3)

so option (d) is correct ✔✔
