Since APCQ and PBQD are parallelograms,
AB parallel to DC(since AP parallel to CQ)
AP=QC(opp sides of a parallelogram are equal)
2AP=2QC(multiplying 2 on both sides)
AB parallel to DC;AB=DC
hence ABCD is a parallelogram.
Now,BQ parallel to PD(PBQD is a parallelogram)
QY parallel to PD
XQ parallel to PAY(APCQ is a parallelogram)
therefore PXQY is a parallelogram.
Now joining the diagonal of PXQY
PQ=PQ(common)
PC=QY(oppo sides are equal)
QX=PY(oppo sides are equal)
By SSS congruence,
∆PXQ congruent to ∆PYQ
by cpct
ar(PXQ)=ar(PYQ)

hope it helps!!!!
