U can also repeat the numbers..This question came in UPSC Final Exams held in Dec '13...... You will be glad to note that only Gaurav Agarwal (IAS Topper) could solve it.

i.e. 3 + 5 + 7 + 9 + 6
which is 30
so 3 + 5 + 7 + 9 + 3! = 30 ANSWER

The solution is
3!+3!+3!+3!+3!=30
NOTE that 3!=3*2*1
3!+3!+3!+3!+3!=30
NOTE that 3!=3*2*1
