U can also repeat the numbers.

It is not possible because adding odd number by odd number times is odd only ..its never even....for eg if we add 3 ,seven times aanswer is 21 which is odd number

SINCE U TOLD U CAN REPEAT THE NUMBER THEN THE ANSWER MUST BE 3! +11 +11 + 1 +1 = 30 ; ie 3! means 3 factorial= 3*2*1 =6 Answer should be 3!+11+11+1+1=30. 

or 
u can also do this 3! means 3 factorial= 3*2*1 =6
ans 3!+11+1+3+9 but it wont be possible without taking factorial cause adding odd numbers cant give even
