no it is not a equivalent relation...because it can be reflexive,but neither be symmetric nor be transitive...

x can be divisible by x so, it is reflexive
and 4 can be divisible by 2 but 2 can't divisible by 4 so it is not reflexive
and third one I hahe did a mistake... this function is transitive because 8 can be divisible by 4 and 4 can be divisible by 2 then 8 can also be divisible by 2...so it is transitive
