Simple method :

We know that in parallel connection the current changes in every branch but voltage remains constant. Given 100 A total current, 220 V which remains fixed in every branch.

P = VI

75 = 220 x I

I = 0.34 A

Each bulb needs 0.34 A, hence 100/0.34 = 293 bulbs are needed
