Well, the first thing is that there is no action termed as 'BOLD' in a game of cricket. The right word is 'BOWLED', which means a way of dismissal of the batter when his wicket is put down by a ball that is delivered by the bowler. 

The first and the second players come to the pitch first to play and the first player faces the ball first.

So, according to the question if the first player is bowled out, then the third player takes his place and the second player is still at the other stumps.

So, if 10 players get bowled out in 10 balls, that means the second player did not move for a run from his place.

So the 2nd player is the remaining player who is not-out.
