Q1. 2(length+breadth) = 80 - EQ 1

length * breadth = 400. - EQ 2

L + B = 40 i.e sum of roots

L * B = 400 i.e product of roots

so the quadratic that will be formed is

x² + 40x + 400 = 0 and the roots of the this equation will give length and breadth

so the roots will be 20 on solving

therefore length = breadth = 20 m
