->we have equation for(a-m)² = a² - 2am + m²

->so we can use it and we write below step

->(a² + 2am + m² )-( a² - 2am + m² )

->after open the braces we got,

->a² + 2am + m² - a² +2am - m²

->2am+2am =4am

->so based on above simplification answer is 4am
