Side of a rhombus= 1/4×52cm=13cm

Let AC = 24cm so that

AO= 1/2×24cm=12cm

∴OB^2=AB^2−OA^2

=(169-144)=25

or OB=5 and thus BD=2.OB=2×5=10cm

Area of the rhombus = 1/2×24×10

=120cm^2

To find out area when only one diagonal is given=1/2d1×d2
