Since the arrangement is in parallel :

Voltage across the bulbs is same.

The summary of the current in each path is equal to the current supplied.

The total current in this case is 100Ampheres

Total voltage = 220 V

We can get the power supplied :

P = VI

100 × 220 = 22000 W

The bulbs are rated at 75 W per bulb.

Total bulbs :

22000 / 75 = 293.3

Therefore 293 bulbs can be blow.
