( \frac{8}{15}  \times  \frac{45}{16} ) \div ( \frac{4}{9} \times  \frac{27}{64}  )

 =  \frac{3}{2}  \div  \frac{3}{16}

 =  \frac{3}{2}  \times  \frac{16}{3}
