Apply 1/2 base into height equals to the no. Givem you will get ur ans

=}height of triangle will be 24....bcz the height will divide the base into two equal halves...(property of an isosceles triangle)....... so 20 will be divided into 10.... and then by Pythagoras theorem which is h²= 26² - 10²......h will be 24....&
=}....area will be 1/2 base × height...which is....1/2 × 20 × 24....which will be equal to....240sq.cm....
