Answer:

 \frac{7}{x - 5}  +  \frac{8}{x - 3}

  = \frac{7(x - 3) + 8(x - 5)}{(x - 5)(x -  3)}

 =  \frac{7x - 21 + 8x - 40}{ {x}^{2} - 3x - 5x  + 15}

 =  \frac{15x  - 61}{ {x}^{2} - 8x + 15 }
