 {(4x - 5y)}^{2}  - 16 {z}^{2}  \\  =  {(4x - 5y)}^{2}  -  {(4z)}^{2}  \\  = (4x - 5y + 4z)(4x - 5y - 4z)

Identity used:

 {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}  = (a + b)(a - b)
